I plan, develop, and implement training programs and create instructional materials for classroom training, e-learning, change management, performance improvement, and other initiatives.

• Planning services include conducting analyses to assess needs, define audiences, and determine requirements. Learning objectives are identified, and customized curriculums are designed.
  
  
• Development services include creating instructional materials such as training manuals, instructor guides, tests and quizzes, presentations, and job aids. Multimedia and interactive learning environments are designed with graphics, video, audio, and text.
  
  
• Implementation services include conducting train-the-trainer sessions and/or personally delivering training. Post-implementation services include evaluation and ongoing support and communication.
