My career began as a consultant to Caterpillar, Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, where I engaged in large-scale change management initiatives and created training programs and technical materials in support of complex computer systems and job processes.

Upon completion of 5 years with Caterpillar, I launched my freelance business in the year 2000. I have now enjoyed two decades of serving clients nationwide as a freelance professional based in Peoria, Illinois. From large corporations to small businesses and individuals, I have assisted software companies, publishers, media groups, marketing firms, training companies, and other organizations.
